He holds a Doctorate in Computational Analysis and Modeling, an interdisciplinary degree in Computational Mathematics, Data Science and Statistics. He also holds two (2) Masters of Science Degree in Computer Science and Mathematics and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science.
He has been working as a Researcher, teaching assistant at the Data Mining and Research Lab at Louisiana Tech University in the USA. His research interest and affiliated publications have been related to development, implementation, and evaluation of computational models and tools in Biomedical Informatics, Machine Learning and Cyber Security.
Prior to that, he worked at MTN Uganda’s IT Department as a Senior System support analyst and Manager Mobile Money systems, Software Developer at the Faculty of Computing and IT, Makerere University, and Sales Administrator at Premier Packaging Uganda Limited.
In addition to his academic and professional achievements, he has contributed to several collaborative projects aimed at leveraging data-driven solutions to address real-world challenges, particularly in healthcare and financial technology. His work bridges theory and practice, combining robust computational techniques with domain-specific knowledge to improve system efficiency, decision-making, and user experience. He remains actively engaged in mentorship, capacity building, and academic outreach, supporting the next generation of data scientists and technologists both in the U.S. and across Africa.
